Ken Baker spent 24 years planting multi-ethnic churches in West Africa in both rural and urban settings. In 2006 he became director of Culture ConneXions, a SIM USA ministry which coaches churches toward intercultural engagement and multi-ethnic transformation. Ken is a founding member of the Intercultural Coaching Alliance, and is a covenant member of, and a pastoral consultant to, Steele Creek Church of Charlotte, a broadly diverse congregation.
