Ellis developed a deep burden for the Northeast of our country in the early 2000's. While seeking to obey what God had for him, Ellis' heart was drawn to the city of Baltimore. While falling in love with the people of this city, God began to break his heart for ALL the people that call it their home. The multi-ethnic focus had to be prayed over, run after, and strategized for or neighbors were going to be ignored. Our urban centers (cities) are full of people from all over the world and each share a different story of God displaying His greatness through them.
Ellis is a "parachute" planter, lead teacher, and pastor of the Gallery Church of Baltimore. He is a graduate of Liberty University and has served the church for 18 years. He lives in Fells Point with his wife Ginger and two children, Lauren (11) and Caleb (7). You can follow his family's story on Facebook or Twitter (blog: ellisprince.com coming mid-2010) or his ministry at www.gallerychurchbaltimore.com.
