Mosaix Global Alliance
The Mosaix Global Alliance is a voluntary alignment of catalytic leaders and networks around the world who share a common commitment to advancing healthy multiethnic and intercultural churches as a credible witness to the gospel in an increasingly diverse and interconnected society. These leaders and organizations collaborate across continents, nations, and cultures to cultivate cross-cultural relationships, encourage one another, learn together, develop resources, and share promising practices.
United by shared vision and mission, the independent networks aligned with the Mosaix Global Alliance remain fully responsible for their own leadership, organizational development, and work within their respective contexts.

The Málaga Manfiesto
Though the Church worldwide is inherently diverse, its local expressions must embody that reality. Therefore, gathered in Málaga, Spain, we the undersigned recognize a shared calling: to see men and women of every ethnic, economic, and cultural background walk, work, and worship God together as one new humanity in Christ through healthy local congregations. Known in our various contexts as intercultural, multiethnic, or multicultural, such churches advance a credible witness to the gospel and reveal God’s love for all people, not just some people, on earth as it is in heaven. United in prayer, friendship, and shared purpose, we commit ourselves to intentional collaboration so that by 2050 multiethnic/intercultural churches will be normative throughout the world—no longer the exception but the expectation.

- We affirm that local churches should increasingly reflect the diversity of the communities and nations in which they exist as an expression of the gospel’s reconciling power.
- We affirm that multiethnic/intercultural churches are essential to a credible Christian witness in an increasingly interconnected world.
- We affirm that collaboration among leaders, networks, and nations accelerates the spread and health of such churches.
- We affirm the necessity of identifying, encouraging, and deploying catalytic leaders who will pioneer and multiply these churches in their respective contexts.
- We affirm our commitment to mutual learning, shared resources, and generous partnership rather than competition or isolation, and we invite others of like mind to join us.
