Exponential NEXT • Multiethnic Church NEXT
Since the publication of the groundbreaking book Divided by Faith by Michael O. Emerson and Christian Smith (Oxford University Press, 2000), an increasing number of pastors have chosen to build healthy multiethnic and economically diverse churches for the sake of the Gospel. More than nice, such churches are now necessary—because an increasingly diverse and cynical society no longer finds credible a message of God’s love for all people when it’s preached from segregated pulpits and pews.
Together with Exponential and Exponential NEXT, we're helping church pastors and planters multiply multiethnic and economically diverse churches that are organizationally healthy, culturally intelligent, biblically juts, and financially sustainable.

United Theological Seminary • Mosaix D.Min. Focus Group at UTS
An increasingly diverse, painfully polarized, and cynical society is no longer finding credible the message of God’s love for all people as proclaimed from segregated pulpits and pews. Moreover, the community rightly wonders why a church will send its people and resources across an ocean but not across the street. To effectively engage a rapidly changing society, pastors today need to develop cross-cultural intelligence. To not only survive but thrive in the future, local churches will need to get beyond sole dependence on tithes and offerings by leveraging assets to generate sustainable income. Led by Dr. Chip Freed.
If these realities reflect your own understanding and/or experience, you’ve found your people: the Mosaix Focus Group is for you.
