   MXM is the only U.S.-based initiative dedicated exclusively to planting healthy, sustainable multiethnic churches.
2. We are Led by Engaged Practitioners
   Our team consists of currently active lead pastors and planters of healthy multiethnic churches, as well as experienced ministry leaders with expertise in Cultural Intelligence, Church Economics, AI ethics formation and praxis, non-profit development, multiethnic worship, youth, children's ministry, and more.
3. We Plant New Churches and Transform Existing Ones
   Our team plants new multiethnic/intercultural churches from the ground up and guides established homogeneous congregations toward becoming healthy multiethnic, just, intelligent, and sustainable.
4. We Commit to You for 10 Years
   a. Years 0-2 (discernment, formation, and launch, etc.)
   b. Years 3-5 (organizational development, community engagement, and church economics, etc.)
   c. Years 6-10 (strengthening partnerships, conflict navigation, and facilities acquisition, etc.)
5. We Serve Church Planters in the U.S. and Around the World
   Our team is actively engaged with planters on the ground in hard to reach countries, throughout Euope, and in the U.S.
6. We Offer a Holistic Formation Ecosystem
   We are the only church planting organization offering the following as part of an integrated, holistic formation process:

7. We Guide Toward Economic and Institutional Sustainability
   We equip pastors to plant churches that move from the early years of survival to general stability, and position them for long-term financial sustainability.

8. We Embed Peer Support
   Every planter is assigned to a table of three to five fellow Mosaix planters for ongoing relational encouragement, peer-to-peer counsel, and the exchange of promising practices.

9. We are a Global Community
   Planters are formed within a global learning community committed to establishing multiethnic churches, developing cross-cultural relationships, exchanging ideas, sharing wisdom, and missional multiplication.

10. We Foster Actionable Strategic Partnerships
    We provide access to trusted service partners, including Thrivent, Parable, Space Together, and others, who offer practical support in finance, facilities, and operations.
