What is the Certificate in Faith-Based CQ® Training?
It is the official certification to lead CQ® Workshops in one’s own organization and/or other faith-based organizations. This certification equips you with the knowledge, credentials, and resources—including a specially licensed slide deck—to deliver effective CQ® training grounded in a deep theological foundation.
Who is the certificate for?
It is for people who have already received CQ® Certification by the Cultural Intelligence Center in Michigan
So, Certification as a Faith-Based Trainer is a Two Step Process
If you've NOT already been certified by the Cultural Intelligence Center in Michigan, you need to do STEPS 1 & 2 below in order.
If you ARE already CQ Certified by the Cultural Intelligence Center in Michigan, you can skip to STEP 2
STEP 1
Attend CQ Certification training with the CQ Center.
CQ Certification deepens your understanding of Cultural Intelligence and the CQ model and how it can be effectively applied in multicultural contexts. It equips you to administer and debrief the CQ assessments. By completing this course, you will be part of a select global audience certified in Cultural Intelligence.

STEP 2
Attend Mosaix' Train-the-Trainer Intensive
Mosaix' Train-the-Trainer provides official certification to lead CQ Workshops in your own organization and/or other faith-based organizations. This certification equips you with the knowledge, credentials, and resources—including a specially licensed slide deck—to deliver effective CQ training grounded in a deep theological foundation.
